Participant Policies for Hot Bike Tour

Schedule of Show Events: Come rain or shine, the adventure continues! While we strive to ensure all scheduled events proceed smoothly, Hot Bike Tour reserves the right to cancel or postpone any component of the show for unforeseen circumstances.
Registration Pick-up: To collect your registration packet, the registered individual must present their valid, unexpired Driver’s License at the designated pick-up point. For liability reasons, registration materials cannot be collected by anyone else, even with confirmation and ID.
Legal Age of Participants: To join the Hot Bike Tour, participants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid motorcycle driver’s license. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver.
Participant Conduct: We expect all participants and guests to uphold appropriate behavior throughout the event. Hot Bike Tour strictly prohibits public drunkenness, public nudity, recklessness, or any form of altercation. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and the Hot Bike Tour reserves the right to eject individuals engaging in inappropriate conduct within or during the Hot Bike Tour. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring a pleasant experience for all attendees, and cooperation with their directives is greatly appreciated.
Venue Rules: At the Hot Bike Tour, the safety and enjoyment of our participants are paramount. All attendees must adhere to local road rules and state highway rules and/or any public streets during any part of the Hot Bike Tour. HBT attendees will not exceed the local speed limit at any time during the event. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for behavior endangering the well-being of our participants or guests.
Participant Amenities: For the safety and enjoyment of all, we kindly request that NO GLASS bottles be brought into any area of the Hot Bike Tour venues. Please either retain your glass bottles in your camp or transfer your beverage into a plastic cup. Additionally, burning of treated/painted wood or any materials containing nails is strictly prohibited.
Parking Lots: Please note that parking vehicles, motorcycles, RV’s and trailers is at your own risk. Hot Bike Tour cannot guarantee the safety or security of any property left unattended at any site or time.
The Hot Bike Tour is a RAIN or SHINE event. All riders are expected to be self-sufficient and equipped with all tools and supplies needed to be safe and comfortable.
